What’s happening in a nutshell – time for you to “save the date.”

• Thursday 2 nd November 2023 – Waikato Clubs Invitational Bowls Tournament. (Rain day Friday 3 rd November.)

 

• Saturday 4 th November 2023, 2:30pm. Invitational Formal Afternoon Tea. Local dignatories and those with special Club affiliation to be invited. (Invitations will be limited due to legal restrictions of numbers in the Clubrooms.)

 

• Saturday 4 th November 2023 – Evening Dinner, at own cost, for all Club members and ex members who wish to enjoy a casual meal at a venue to be decided once numbers are known. Members will be invited via Club newsletter. Ex members will be invited when contact details are gathered.

 

• Wednesday 22 nd November 2023 – Casual Complimentary Social Event at the Club for all club members and ex members. Theme: “Sport Through the Ages.” Opportunity to dress up and have some fun!

 

• Sunday 11 th February 2024 – Picnic at the Green, and Cambridge vs Central Bowling Tournament. The public of Cambridge will be invited to bring picnic lunches, listen to music from the bandstand and watch the bowls, emulating some wonderful photographs from our archives.
